How It Works

Our Crop On Demand model revolutionizes agriculture by making it responsive, data-driven, and fully aligned with your goals — whether you're a business, exporter, or institutional buyer.
Step 1: Client Request Submission
Journey begins by submitting a request through our E-Agri platform where client is required to specify few basic inputs fields like Crop type (e.g., rice, basil, heirloom tomatoes), volume/quantity required, Preferred harvest or delivery timeline, Location or region preference (if any).
Step 2: Feasibility Matching
AI powered system analyzes the request and matches it with, Soil quality and availability, climatic suitability, water and resource access, farmer network readiness, etc. We then present the client with the best-suited regions and farmers for optimal yield and sustainability.
Step 3: Proposal & Agreement
Clients receive a proposal outlining estimated timelines, cost breakdown, risk and yield projections, transparency on farming methods, etc. Once agreed, the crop cycle begins with complete tracking access.
Step 4: Crop Cultivation & Monitoring
We or client can manage the full crop cycle through our Digital Farm Management tools available at E-Agri platform — including sowing, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control. Clients are provided with real-time monitoring access so they can track progress at every stage.
Step 5: Harvest & Delivery
Upon harvest, the crop is processed, packaged, and delivered to the client’s chosen location — on time, fresh, and exactly as ordered.
